Looks fine to me. The only thing on your supplement schedule I would change is your glutamine consumption. I'd take 10 grams after you workout, then another 10 grams right before bed.

Yeah that's what I meant. Actually in most cases, when people drop bodyfat and increase their muscle they do drop some weight.

I agrre too. You need to add another 1500 to the calories if you are attempting to bulk up, or even preserve muscle mass for that matter. You weren't clear on that. :confused:
