Thank you for the site. It answered my question on the benefits for weight lifting. I think i will probably go out and buy some fish oil caps next time i goto Vitamin World. They are pretty cheap...

I hear about a lot of people taking fish oil and flax oil. When i try to look these things up i dont see where the benefit they bring to body building.
