i'm not a huge fan....but look up rippetoes...

i'm not a huge fan....but look up rippetoes starting strength on google. it's a great program for beginners putting on size and muscle...i would change a few things....like starting out with front...

you need to grab a barbell....load it with...

you need to grab a barbell....load it with weight...drop the reps down to 4-7 reps for about a year...and eat like crazy. :)
