See usually I would finish my loading phase then deload and switch programs but this seems much more effective.

Yeah i know how that is. I went to dunhams and bought these "hook" straps and well all i gotta say is it didn't help me at all. With deads or any row type lift. I would lose my grip on the damn hook...

A2G Squats 3x5
Bent Over Rows 3x5
EZ Curls 2x8

Anyone ever feel burned (weights seem heavier) out during a 3x5 or 5x5 routine. That is if you run two of them back to back. Weeks 6-10 are really rough and I only see a 5lb and very rarely a 10lb...
