I knew you did them. Part of the reason I brought them up. I do them the same way, straight back then rounded back. I love them.

Definitely something people should check out if they want to...

I agree. I think they are better than than SLDL for this. Although lately I have been doing pull throughs instead.

That's right. Romanian's keep the bar close in and you stick your butt out. Regualar SLDL's the bar is out further in front of you.

At least that is the way I understand it.

Good. I hate being confused. Not that it matters since I like them the way I do them no matter what they're called.

But that looks like some sort of "half deadlift".
