Ok. I miss that BF Creatine though. But i will use this stuff till its gone then ill go back to the BF stuff. It did make me feel better during my workouts.

Creatine my aunt gave me for xmas.

So my aunt gave me some creatine in pill form for xmas and i just wanted some opinions on it. Its Anabol Naturals Creatine 500 mg.
Today will be the first day i use it.
Anyone else ever use this...
