Novadex, HCG and I eventually tried arimdex to get rid of the gyno didnt work. I think thats all i did man. Its been about 8 years I am having trouble recalling everything

I have had 2 operations on my shoulder. I use Msm/gluc/chon. tablets and fish oil. I do not do any barbell chest, or behind the neck, etc. I always warm up properly and My shoulder continues to hurt....
