I never said what I am using is right but it was suggested by my recruiter. I still cant get the gut off. I am losing weight in my legs but it isnt bad because my leg muscles are getting tighter.

Yes I let my calories fluctuate. I will have one week with 2000 then do this diet for a week. It kinda tricks the metabolism to burn negative amount calories.

Oh believe me I have been on the diet the military suggests. I dont really need to lose weight just a few inches so thats why I am doing weight training.

Maybe a pill like Hydroxycut?

Abdomen Size Loss

I am trying to join the Marines but I have 4" more than I am supposed to in my gut. I have been trying gym and Whey Protein shakes which is 52g of protein.

Any more advice?
