sit ups + leg raises + abs crunches
all three exercises didn't need weights or equipment.
but my suggestion do cardio exercises burn fat faster

Incline Dumbbell Flyes also works for upper chest but do that in appropriate assistance because sometimes you got injured if using heavy weights and lost the balance....

Splits are better then full body workout everyday because muscles need rest and time to recover too dosn't matter if its 3x or 4x
