No need to add exercises to that routine, looks solid enough. And ab work is really up to the individual, although it's always a good idea to do throw some crunches in there.

Yea, Xtend is a great pre/during workout supplement. Drinking it pre workout only is a waste of the product IMO.

You said you were on the same routine for 12 months? Many times, I've found increasing intensity by changing to a different workout or very challenging physical sport has "shocked" my whole body...

I think he's wanting to "tone" the muscles, which is really just a matter of keeping the muscle you got now combined with dropping some bodyfat. That'll give you the "tight" look you're going after....

It's becoming more of a trend with strength coaches to throw out direct shoulder work because they really do get hit a lot through presses, etc.
