oh man, totally agree with pity. i started incorporating the mobility work pity posted on gustrength (.com) into my workouts... i'm performing better, less pain, just all around improved :) try it...

my quads are incredibly sore right now and for the last two days - to the point where i wouldn't train them - and for no reason i can think of. i haven't really worked them hard since last monday...
