ok guys i havent weighted myself since the last...

ok guys i havent weighted myself since the last time i posted but i weight 202.1 and my body fat is 26 % still i think im lossing muscle not fat and right now im trying to find out what i am doing...

yea i already tested it out if i jump on threw out the day my bf stays the same my weight jumps a bit thats it.... this is only temp im getting a cailper for my bf%

yea i dont eat any junk at all i went from eat all shit to eating good and workout 3-4 times a week and running every morning before i eat anything.... so you think if i eat every 2 hours untill i go...

11/6 weight 209.7 BF% 26.7

11/7 weight 206.7 BF% 27.8

11/8 weight 206.6 BF% 27.4

my weight is droping but my BF is going up i have been running...
