Yes it does dry out your joints quite a bit. A better method may be to increase cardio, reduce calories with something like test prop/tren to eliminate any possible muscle catabolism.

I agree with sdf that you should drop the deca 1 week early. However, It takes deca so long to kick in I'd run it for 11 weeks and the test enanthate for 12.

Just stick to the test for your first cycle. No need to add the winny into it. For PCT you could go with Clomid at 300mg for day 1, 100mg day 2-11, 50mg day 12-21. As for how many cc's you will need...

Yeah, that's true.. I already have a good deal of mass on me, I'm 6'0 225lbs @ 11-12% bf, so I'm not too worried about putting on mass anymore, but rather gaining strength and staying fairly lean.

Yes, a weight gain shake would DEFINATELY be a good investment.. Look into some MRP's as well. Take a couple of those a day and you'll have no problem packing on some lean mass.
