I saw th epost's on Haladrol 50 so I decided to try it, I took 1 gel cap about 7 PM last night, then another 4AM this morning, (the directions say you can take 1-3 a day...) around 5 AM this morning...

There are plenty of microwaveable foods out there, purdue chicken for example, already cooked, just heat & eat, veggies frozen or fresh can be nuked, Bumblebee & chicken of the sea make salmon & tuna...

Made it thru the first week ...things are getting much better. weights have gone up a lot since I stopped over training and beating the hell out of my self
