Incline Dumbbell Flyes also works for upper chest...

Incline Dumbbell Flyes also works for upper chest but do that in appropriate assistance because sometimes you got injured if using heavy weights and lost the balance....

Splits are better then full body workout everyday...

Splits are better then full body workout everyday because muscles need rest and time to recover too dosn't matter if its 3x or 4x
