What about this mix?

What if I mix creatine, Whey and glutamine in my pre and post shake?
I also take BCAA with these shakes and was thinking of adding L-Arginine?

5 g Creatine Mono

Guys, need your advice.
I read the bok "Serious Strenght training" from Human Kinetics. Very good book. Emphasize the periodization principle to build a year around program.

As any of other guys...
