HIIT was done on the 17th.

Legs are very swore.. took the 18th off to rest a bit.. went for a walk to stretch

Will hit the gym later today.. light squats i think tho till my body gets use to...

Bench(had to do singles since bench was all tied up) - 3x5 - 100 lbs
Deadlift 1-5 - 225 lbs (easy)
Dips - 2x8 (easy, need a belt next time)
