Looking to gain mass and still lose body fat

i lift every day but switch muscle groups everyday. Chest/tri, biceps/back, shoulders/traps, legs, then repeat.

For what its worth i lost 90 lbs in 8 months eating a piece of chicken, a cup of carrots, and a rice cake for lunch and dinner every day. But keep in mind im at the weight i want but lack muscle...
