Finally hit the gym...been bout 3 months...

Yep so I finally got up off my lazy butt and went down to the local gym...Hit the weights and man, I definitely am not where I used to be. Pretty much all I did was bench and squats for the lifting....

Yeah pretty much what brian said...Gained it way too fast therefore it wasn't beneficial to my "bulk" it...

Be careful with trying to do it too quickly...I "bulked" WAY too fast and it didn't really benefit me...More detrimental than good...And with the gallon of milk a day you definitely need to be doing...
