Good shake

1 scoop powder
1 whole banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3 ice cubes
Add as much milk as you want, I use a lot because I like my shakes thin

Simple but tasty :)

I've always read that ab work isn't really needed, if you have a low bf% your abs will show. So on my off days I do cardio to try and get some fat off
