thats not true. 6 reps is where mass gaining begins, 5 is for strength. and i was trying to just pump as much blood into my legs as possible after my full workout.

we have one at our school and i find that it does nothing if not fitted correctly. If it doesn't fit on your neck right all it will do is hurt your collar bone really bad. I would say that it isn't...
