Why not buy some Bulk BCAA? Extend is too damn expensive for the little benefits BCAA's gives u.

i understand the concept behind this idea (ie getting people to be active) but i've actually been shying away from this site lately due to the gross post whoring that occurs. this bs about haveing 1 sentence that consists of like 8 different posts of 1 word each is rediculous. its more of an annoyance than anything, and ultimately i think it turns people off of the site more than the contest helps the site

I see where your coming from sdf...I am thinking of restablishing it where the open conversation lounges and stuff don't count as I want quality a little more than quantity. We'll see.
