Default Beginners/Newbie Forum?

I am noticing that there are alot of younger members joining who have beginning questions that to alot of the vets seem newbish.

I was considering adding a "Beginners Forum" or "Newbie Forum" where these people can post their questions and so forth and not be ignored as much. Any thoughts?

GOOD idea - Explain the use of the "SEARCH" option in the control bar before they ask questions about topics that have been asked and answered SEVERAL times.
