Default Chatroom?

Posting on the forums is great and so is PM'ing, but having a conversation with someone using the PM function is a pain in the ass.

A chatroom is not a bad idea. Anyone else interested?

the main page has a shout box, that's kinda like a chat room. But sure.

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

I think the shoutbox came about, if I remember correctly, because of a discussion about a chatroom. Probalby shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth

I've seen 'em before but it's usually just a place for people to act like shits because they can't get away with it on the boards. Or there's like a bazillion active members so it's just HI, Hello, how ya doin, all day. Ours is better. Plus it's nice and prominent up top instead of a little streaming thing off to the side.

I think a lot of people want the chatroom for privacy. I can understand that since everyone who looks at the forum can see the shoutbox. But can't you just do instant messaging? I mean, I've never actually done it so I don't know

I agree ours is much better and most chatrooms are a place for people to act like a jackass, but I think with the people on this site it would not get to that point. Lots of good people here.

Yeah, some people probably would be jackasses with a chatroom, you can be a jackass on the shoutbox too, but with some mods it might work. Shoutbox is cool, but sometimes I feel like I'm talking to myself.

Its just a suggestion....nothing more
