Constructive Contests
 

Sleazy,

With the holidays coming up, I think having some sort of inter board competition would be a great way to get people focused and motivated to stay fit durring this usually fat time of the year.

It wouldnt have to be anything elaborate, but doing something like best overall progress, or best bulk/cut over the next few months would be good. Having the admins judge, and the members submit before and after shots, or perhaps having a special log section for the comp.

If there were prizes it would make it just that much better. Perhaps doing a special avy, a special title, or a gift cert or something would spice things up.

Everyone, let me know what you think.

hey kane....how come u dun have any new journals? what program u on right now?

I finished up a stint of SF5x5 and now I'm in week 2 of DFHT (loading phase)...I didn't make a journal because I wasn't sure if I would have time to maintain it properly...I may just continue my old DFHT journal and make the distinction that I'm doing round 2 (ie. I'm more experienced and know the program ALOT better than in round 1). I dropped quite a bit of weight before I came back to school but now I'm gaining 1-2lbs/week.....can't wait for my deload when I pack on the pounds :D

I am pretty busy this week, but I will see if I can come up with some possible contest ideas/rules this weekend.

Its been a few weeks, any ideas sleazy?

I'm homeless, but i'll still compete.

I'll be honest, I am really too busy to spend the time organizing a contest or monitoring it right now because I am planning a career change and out of state move within the next few weeks. I will try to get some sort of give away or less time consuming contest going during December for the holiday season but right now I have to put this on hold.

If you guys have suggestions for future contests feel free to pm me them.
