hmmm, tough one. So many possibilities but you must do something where people cannot cheat which is hard to think of.

Perhaps you could do something like posting their journal every day. Or maybe being delegated to a new guy/gal and help them with their journal daily/as much as possible. And if the person who keeps their journal going every day for the month, maybe they could get something small? I know it would be a lot more work for you. It seems though you need more possibilities for the people who don't know as much (like me) for the opportunity to gain something from this site.

Although, if you delegated people you know would do well at being a coach for people like me, that would help me out a lot and in turn you could donate something to the coach (or whatever you wanna call em).

Anyways, I can't think of too much more besides something like a crossword puzzle or somthin??? :cool:

most of the top posters already have journals that are updated daily (except for me havent made one yet no idea why guess i havent gotten to it) the way you would gain something from the site is ask alot of questions everyone here is here to help you out with any bodybuilding questions that you maybe have. not all of the top posters every month know everything there is to know (especially me) but how i pick up stuff is i make recommendations and then if they are completely insane i make sure i correct myself when others have posted things that make sense...and when you come across a question that you dont know about research it in google, thats the only real way that your gunna be able to retain all of the info you can while being here, and visit a few times a day

Same with me I shut up till june. Atleast sleazy offered the free creatine thing I will be happy when that gets here.

I got Mine already.2.1 grams Per Pill...

But about the facial thingy... I honestly think that its dumb if us guys dont keep the face looking good,What would be the point... I like to keep mine nice and cleaned up(sounding manly aint I)

... But I dont think I would be entering a facial compatition anytime soon unless the prize rocked and I had atleast 2 to 1 odds on the thing...
