Default New "Favorites Feature"

For you guys who consistently check in on your favorite threads, there is now a feature that allows you to mark these threads and posts as favorites and manage them from within the site. This way you can easily navigate to your favorite threads instead of having to dig through the forums.

To add a thread to your favorites menu simply select the "Thread Tools" drop down box at the top of the thread. Once open select "Add Thread to Favorites". You can also add a post to your favorites by clicking the "Add Post to Favorites" link next to the date on the post.

Once you add at least one favorite thread or post to your favorites you will see a drop down menu titled "Favorites" appear on the navigation bar. From there you can easily navigate to or manage your favorite threads/posts.

Just a little feature to make browsing the forum easier.

If you lift a little pink dumbell 300 times...toward the end it will "feel" intense. If you think it IS intense, then you need a better defintion of intensity.

thanks man, that's a good idea

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"
