Good ones. How do we use them ? Can a mod add them to the smiley list ? I tried to copy and paste but it just came up a link.

I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

A mod can add them to the list, which will give it an easier code to use.

Plus, then you won't be trying to steal my bandwidth

I like the 3rd one. I get more tomato sauce on my shirt than in my mouth.

I looked and couldn't find any squatting or deadlifting smileys anywhere. If you guys find them post them here and I'll add them.

Haha very nice Eric

^^ Is anyone familiar with this lift? Maybe an OH squat or something? I know the smiley's arms and legs and arms are the size of mine.

This one reminds me of a newb doing curls all day long..and he's pissed because his arms aren't getting bigger.
Still not getting bigger...
