Default nootropics

could we possibly get a forum dedicated to nootropics? this is an area of interest of mine and although im sure it would be slow taking off (as this is a very new area) it would be some interesting discussions that would be a good future resource if we could keep them kinda grouped instead of just tossed into the general forum. just a suggestion

It's predominately nonessential amino acids.

Choline, Tyrosine and ALCAR
Accelerates loss of bodyfat

Increases endurance
Improves exercise capacity
Prevents adrenal burnout

Huperzine A, DMAE and Vinpocetine
Maximizes energy levels
Helps increase alertness and concentration
Enhances memory

I use L-Tyrosine and it gets me going. piracetam, aniracetam, pramiracetam, oxiracetam are other types of "brain food" as well.

Personally I highly recommend taking one or a homemade combo of the above because it really gets you focused in the gym. For people new to this, I recommend trying Scivation Neurostim to see how you like it.
