First off, the user rank system has been added and will now show each member's rank underneath their user titles in their posts. The ranks are as follows: New Member -- 1 TO 499 POSTS Bantamweight -- 500 TO 999 POSTS Lightweight -- 1000 TO 1,999 POSTS Middleweight -- 2,000 TO 2,999 POSTS Light Heavyweight-- 3,000 TO 4,499 POSTS Heavyweight -- 5,000 TO 7,499 POSTS Superheavyweight-- 7,500+ POSTS I will be using the ranks to add new features and to make the veteran members easily identifiable (different colored names and so forth). Secondly, at the suggestion of 0311 I went ahead and added an "Experience" field in each of your member profiles. If you choose to populate this field it will show how many years of lifting experience you have underneath your rank in each post. This allows people to have a rough idea of whether the person making the suggestion is a veteran to lifting or relatively new. |

| Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | That's AWESOME! I've always thought a forum's biggest downfall is when people mistake post counts for experience when listening to advice. An example is when someone with a 1-2 years worth of experience gives all this advice about switching exercises every week to "shock" their muscles because it's always been their "experience" that it works. Don't get me wrong either, most of the forum advice is 70% regurgitation, 30% experience anyways..So even someone with limited experience still holds valuable advice. |

I agree, while everyone has something to offer you see those guys who just post whore it up and then new guys come in and think they are gurus just due to post count. Good job sleazy this is pretty cool. Now I got to get my weight up. ![]() | |

| Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 3-5 Years | its odd that the post count to reach a senior status is so high....7500 posts??? why not keep it lower till there are too many ppl in one category...? lol....keeping 7500 and having someone want to reach that is like setting a 10 year plan |
