Top Ten Posters Program - Bodybuilding Discussion on Bodybuilding.net Site Suggestion/Feedback

I was thinking of doing the following program ON TOP of member rewards. Because the test products I ordered from some companies for memeber rewards are slow coming and the quality isn't that good, its going to take me a while to shop around for them. So I was going to do a Top Ten Posters For The Month program where the top ten posters would automatically receive a $10 gift coupon to a supplement store. The stats would be live and viewable by anyone so they can see where they stand. Me and Fool would be exempt from the contest. Just a little way to show our appreciation to you guys.

If you guys like this program I can get it up and running within a day, I have all the program already installed and just wanted your feedback. All posts would only count once I started the program and would end til the end of this month. Then another full month would start. So each month there would be the chance for people to win.

Let me know your thoughts.

Sounds great. I like the idea of it restarting every month....keeps it fair.

Lol, that was a perfect example of why there is going to be a "Subject to Review" rule. Okay sounds like people like this idea so I will get it working before the weekend is up.

HAHA Glad you saw my point.

Sometimes people can load up with only a smiley face in the post, but it can still stand for acknowledgement/agreement of a good point made or bumping a thread for noticeability, both I think for those reasons are decent posts. I think your "Subject to Review" rule will work pretty good.

Just a quick update. I now have the programming done for this to show the top posters for the month excluding all admins/mods on the main page. Since this month is halfway over I am going to start this program next month which I think will work out better because we will have more posts to respond to and members that have joined. I also think I will do the top 5 posters and give them $20 worth of certs instead, because $10 can't really buy a whole lot. I will have the rules up within the next few days to get ready for April.

once i get rolling, no one will be able to touch me... i think dave is the only one here that is a bigger post whore than myself and since he is disqualified, the throne is cleared for the taking by yours truely
