I really don't have any interest in cutting, but there is just too much DIET information and recommendations that I could not pass up! The training program is in there too, which is I'm guessing probably a split..Oh well. :D

Don't think too long cause I don't think the coupon will last forever for a hundred page book!

Can't be..The only thing it says in there is to supplement Xtend and Substance WPI during and after working out. That's about it.
