how many scoops (I have a 90cc or a 33cc scoop) do you use for you drink ?

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

I'm using a 70 cc scoop. I'm assuming that corresponds to 40 grams of product with 38 grams of carbohydrate. I started with one scoop to be on the safe side (which trueprotein recommends). And then I bumped it up to 1.5 scoops. I'll go up to at least two.

Your 90 cc scoop should be around 45 grams carbohydrate. 33 would give you around 16.

Before in terms of carbs I was using around 60 for pre and 60 to 80 for post.

Ok, so I'm gonna drop the WMS for now. My sugar levels have been crazy erratic ever since I started on it. The only real advantage I've even noticed over my old formula is slightly less bloat but I didn't get that much bloat before.

I don't know if this stuff is making me insulin resistant or what but and of course I can't gurantee it's the culprit (although the symptoms did subside somewhat when I was sick recently). But given the less than dramatic results and the price difference it's not worth it too me if this is affecting my health. I will say that taking in such a large amount of non-resisant starch is probably not something our body ever really encountered before..but I don't know I can only go by how I feel.

If the symptoms continue once I'm off it (after a reasonable period of time) I'll try to pin down what the problem is if it's not WMS in which case I'll use it when money allows. It's a good price now, don't get me wrong.

BTW, I ordered from NutraPlanet since I can't countenance the 25 dollar shipping fee from True.
