Default 3 scoops for Weight Gainer?

For the whey weight gainer, do you really take 3 scoops everytime, 3 times a day? Because 1 scoop for me makes it alot to drink already when i put in oatmeal, the 1 scoop, banana.

If your gonna ask generic questions like this, no body is going to be able to help you.

Give us, ht, wt, bf% what your daily macro breakdowns are, what the serving size of the shake is per scoop, and how much oatmeal your throwing in.

with that info, it will be much easier to guide you

Ok, screw it. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that at 113lbs you should be eating everything in site. Unless your 5' tall.

go read the "how to bulk" sticky and tailor your diet around that.
