| If your gonna ask generic questions like this, no body is going to be able to help you. Give us, ht, wt, bf% what your daily macro breakdowns are, what the serving size of the shake is per scoop, and how much oatmeal your throwing in. with that info, it will be much easier to guide you |

| ok, i don't really know my body fat. I weigh 113, i know i'm small but i've gained roughly 14 pounds the last 4-5 months.. My daily diet is -Morning- Oatmeal, yogurt, banana -Lunch- Cafeteria Lunch... -Come home right after school- 1 scoop of whey, banana, oatmeal -*LIFT*- -Protein shake, Tuna sandwhich, yogurt, banana. -Dinner- 4-5 bowls of rice with whatever is available -Later at night- Protein shake |

| Ok, screw it. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that at 113lbs you should be eating everything in site. Unless your 5' tall. go read the "how to bulk" sticky and tailor your diet around that. |
