| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | I've heard good things about it. It's mostly just B vitamins, amino acids, and caffeine I think. Lots of truck drivers buy it. And people that go hiking. I don't know how well it would work for lifting. MRI's N30 has some caffeine and B vitamins in it. I like to take that before morning workouts or before class so I can stay awake. So I don't see why 5 hr energy wouldn't do the same. |

Gender: | I've tried it, its all right. I still prefer redline if I do ever use anything. I stay away from stimulants as much as possible though, I've only used them when I feel lethargic before going to the gym, it gets me going. |
