| Hello everybody, this is my first post on this forum. I'm one of those people that eats alot but never gets fat. I eat alot of meats and i still get hungry pretty fast. Does anyone know why I'm like this?? lol ...I actually want to put on some weight and i was wondering if supplements would help. I'm not aiming to be super bulky at the momment because I'm far from that...but i just want decent buildl for now. Will supplements help or am i hopeless?? haha Thanks |

| Your not hopeless, and I would venture your probrably not eating as much as you think. If you really want to gain, do this for the next 6-7 days. Write down everything you eat through the day, then come back and post it up. After that we will be able to see what you need to change. you will also want to give us an idea of what your training is like, and post up your stats ht, wt, age ect. |
