| BCAAs are great for pretty much everything, but they taste like ass in bulk form. You will want to mix them with something, either a flavor system, or some crystal light, or whatever. Check out either Nutraplanet.com or Bulknutrition.com for decently priced bulk bcaas. |

| ^^ nope, I never let taste stop me. And I've never had the amino fuel, I just buy bulk bcaa powder like this Bulk BCAA's |

| right now I'm around 20g. This is what I do Right upon waking 10g bcaa 2g citruline malate 1.6g beta alanine 1g piracetam usually in some crystal light, I take the same thing around an hour before my workout also. And if I start to get hunger pangs before bed i'll throw another one back, but that doesnt happen often. |

When people supplement with BCAAs, they're taking Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine. These amino acids are particularly important to muscle growth... They are already in whey though. If you had to choose, then whey is MUCH more important than taking just those three BCAAs. |
