EDIT: woops, deal's over i guess. that sux. head over to dpsnutrition.com and get 1 tub of Watermelon Xtend and 1 tub of Primaforce Substance WPI protein for $51. This combo normally retails for about $65-70. btw, these are powders which taste amazing and IMO, are much easier to consume than bulky tablets. |

Gender: | i am not looking for just a BCAA supplement. i am looking for one with all of like 20 different amino acids in it with the right amount of each. although it can contain BCAA's. Xtend just has like 4 diff amino acids and you can get around 338 grams of it for like 20 bucks almost anywhere. |

The BCAA's in Xtend are the main ones which your body can't produce enough of on its own. If you want all 20, drink more whey, or eat more meat. ;) Also, if you want to play the "bulk" card, you can buy all of the ingredients in bulk, end up about $35 in and it will taste like ass. Why do you think all of the BCAA product have those same 4 or 5 amino acids? Science shows these to be the most effective, mainly Leucine. If you want to take the easy way out, buy 500g Leucine and throw 5-10g in your post w/o shake with protein/carbs. Leucine is the most important, most anabolic AA we can give our bodies, especially during or post w/o. | |

| I would stay away from the amino tabs, or capsules. Since they have so many amino's they are severely underdosed in the BCAA, and EAA categories (the ones that will show you the most benifit in resistance training) Unless you want to take a 90 caps a day or something. |
