| Rank: Middleweight Experience: > 1 Year | I would do the same, personally. I don't think you're so limited in the ability to digest/absorb that amount of BCAAs/protein. It's not as though all of the aminos that you ingest will end up being used in the same form that they were consumed anyway. I might be wrong though. |

| It shouldnt make any difference at all, your body wont digest bcaa's first, then other things second. If you take it all at the same time, they will all be digested together, and at a faster rate. You dont want to wait and possibly miss the anabolic window post workout. |
