Gender: | I've thought about wut supplements i should take during the year...and i came to this conclusion plz let me know wut any of u think: April-October (off-season): 100% Whey Protein,Glutamine, CE2, Lipo-6 November-March (hockey season) : 100% whey protein, either Amplify or Endurox R4 or some other high carb/high protein recovery mix, and Lipo-6 Any suggestions or anything would be great thanx alot |

| I grew up playing hockey. Haven't played (competitively) in a long time. 37 years old now and I'm sure the old body can't hold up to it any more. Glutamine year round shouldn't hurt...helps in recovery from major muscle stimulation. Supplements you forgot...when I was playing, I liked to serve up my opponents a steaming hot cup of "SHUT THE F*** UP!" Always made me feel better. When that doesn't work, try a nice ice-cold "KISS MY FRIGGIN A**!" or a healthy serving of "DAMN YOUR CHICK IS FLEXIBLE!" It's good to test the reality level of people sometimes. Gets the endorphins flowing. |

| those supps are nice, but are they really necessary. protein powder everyone has a tub in there household, creatine you can gain benefit...but nothing beats a proper diet. |
