| Hi I am 16 yrs old and looking for a supplement to further aid me in my workout. I am looking to get not too much bigger but looking to get more defined and cut, and leaner. Anything that I should use that you would recommend, and anything that I should stay away from. By the way the only stuff I am using now is just regular whey that I use after my workout. | At your age, your testosterone levels are very high. Your nutritional intake and training routine are critical. There are no magic pills, but by dialing in your diet and training, you will see results faster than you ever dreamed possible. Try eating many, small, protein rich meals through the day to keep your metabolism high. Give it a couple years before you hit the supplements and focus on learning as much as you can about diet and exercise. In the long run, that plan will lead you to your goals in the most efficient way possible |
