it is by muscle tech, I bought some today to try it out and see if it helps me break the fat down a little faster. You guys have told me before not to take supplements right away so I waited a couple weeks and have been running 2 miles a day, workingout and fixing my diet to tuna and chicken breasts, oatmeal in the morning and nothing but, water.

I am 178 right now and want to get to 160 I am 5'7

I have tried it before. I took it every morning (in addition to preworkout) and it def kept me awake through classes (but i'd assume any caffeine product would do the same). For preworkout energy, redline is MUCH better.

If your gonna use stims, please cycle them. (2 weeks on 1 week off atleast) you'll thank me later.
