| Rank: Member Experience: 2-3 Years | I've done Gakic/Leukic before and saw nothing. My buddy did the whole thing of Gakic/Leukic/Creakic and also saw nothing. Instead of getting Leukic, you could easily just get some bulk Leucine or even better yet some BCAA's. As far a Creakic, i don't know what they claim to make it better than other creatine, but i would say any other creatine would work. Also, they sell CEE (creatine ethyl ester) in bulk pretty cheap. And for Gakic, there are a few reviews of it here on the boards. |

| What exactly looks promising? The 10 page adds in muscle mag? or the pics of guys in lab coats? If you want results, and your diet is in order, then pick up some whey, malto/dext, creatine (mono or cee), and some citruline malate. dont bother with this crap. |

Gender: | Ive been taking it for three days now, it gives you that pump, i don't feel any different while taking it. I'm taking pro-complex, amino acids in a muli supplement from GNC. Post a commett to me in three weeks and i will tell you the aftermath it might be too sooon. Ive also takin Gakic, but in power form. Which sucks, cause it taste like shit. It worked for me, it gave me a increase in power, but the come down sucks. Overall i liked it! ![]() |

| BSN is getting their ass sued b/c the products are garbage, and bsn and muscletech use the same manufacturer. youre better off using a smaller co, at least i think the prods are real. Ive used gaspari and benfatto nutrition a lot lately and i think they provide good support. |

Gender: | Very true. All those guys that promise results have been models before some of these companies were around. Give me some money and tell everyone its a good product too. Most supplements of today are pure horseshit. Stick to the basics the pros used 50 years ago, except for the CEE, thats pretty new. Last edited by J-Rock; 02-09-2008 at 03:21 PM. |

Gender: | i just picked up creakic 3 days ago, it definitely gives you a pump but not nearly as much as my superpump creatine did. i believe its a good post-workout creatine to take, but i wouldn't really know just yet.. too early. ill let you know. |
