Default Athlete needs help???

Hey you guys im a newbie and rookie at lifting. I am a college athlete that plays baseball. I want to get bigger,stronger and faster.So i have been lifting and running. Just wanted some help on what kind of creatine to take while doing this. Im trying to cut and get stronger for season, but dont know if mono creatine is o.k to take while cutting. If not what kind of creatine do you guys recomend. Thanks

Creatine mono would be fine. Wont affect cutting but will help you in some size and strength gains. You will probably gain some water weight though...
