I've tried No explode, it was O.K. didnt like the price. This stuff is going for about $28 for a 30day supply Had afternoon Cardio on thursday and friday. Made sure to take on empty stomach, had last meal about 2 hours earlier. For me when doing cardio Itry not to watch the timer, but about 18-20 mins in I end up looking and really trying to get the last 5-7 mins done. Smash seemed to kick in at about the 15min mark, both days went just over 30 min. and felt I could have done more, but stop cause I feel long semi-intense cardio bruns up muscle. Today had my a.m. drink had a good session, except for a knot in my quad. But still had good energy and would like to stay longer, but don't want to overtrain. I also found if you mix it in a little slowly, instead of the whole scoop at once, works better Supplement Facts Serving Size: 1 Scoop (16.5G) Servings per Container: 30 (One Month Supply) Amount Per Serving %DV* Calories 24 Calories from Fat 0 Total Carbohydrates 6g 2% Sugar 0g 0% Strength Infusion (proprietary blend) 3g Creatine Ethyl Ester Tricreatine Malate † Pump-Endurance Infusion (proprietary blend) 4g Di-L-Arginine Malate L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate L-Citrulline Malate L-Norvaline † Energy Infusion (proprietary blend) 1.2g Glucuronolactone Caffeine Tyrosine † * Daily value (DV) are based on a 2000 calorie diet † Daily value (DV) not established Other Ingredients: Maltodextrin, natural and artificial flavors, stevia and sucralose. Gender: | Well what can I say, that I haven't already. This product was able to break me of my daily energy drink/pill ritual. I got up at 3:30 am to go train, the hardest part is climbing out of bed, but once I mix up a batch of Smash, go sit on the comp for 15 mins or so..I'm good to go. Had another good training day, and having to stop myself at a certain point cause just want to keep going |
