Another early A.M. training day. 1 scoop of Smash and a little robatusion and of to the gym hit legs

Quads
Leg Press
20,15,18,14 x 630

epic free form thingamajig
13-15 x 4 x 450 done fast

leg extensions
15,15,16, last set 15 pause and 5 more x 205

Calfs
standing calf mach
12,14,11,12 x 210

I had good energy and focus through out work out, and very good considering that I'm pretty sick. One thing I noticed is that I only have about 2 serving left. I wish I would have keeped better track of the days I used it in the p.m. for cardio.

nah, i've never tried other preworkout drinks, unless you count redline pills or generic red bulls sometimes. Right now i just take some CEE and some cheap NOS pills from walmart, plus the protein and malto/dex. I was gonna get some citruline malate, but didnt wanna pay for it. I'm about to order either some smash, xtend, or purple wrath
