BCAA's are branch chain amino acids, three perticular amino acids to be exact L-leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine. Usually dosed in a 2:1:1 ratio respectivly.

You can purchase BCAA's in bulk powder form, but they are quite bitter, you would need to flavor them with something, I've used crystal light before but that gets exspensive.

Personally I use a combination of Scivation Xtend (BCAA's, glutamine,and citruline+flavoring) and I add extra bcaa's.

you can find both at many online retailers like bulknutrition, netrition, ect.

What exactly are you looking to use them for?

If you use dextrose or wouldn't mind using it, then grape juice is a pretty good thing to mix the bulk BCAA's with as far as covering the taste. Personally I'll drink down anything if I think it'll help and BCAA's are a standard for me but since I use dextrose preworkout anyway then that is what I do.

There is a Citrulline Malate and BCAA's article posted by 0311 if you need more info.

Eric3237's Sig:To go from the general to the specific is a very good idea. But to go from the specific to the general; that's just confusing.
