| BCAA's are branch chain amino acids, three perticular amino acids to be exact L-leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine. Usually dosed in a 2:1:1 ratio respectivly. You can purchase BCAA's in bulk powder form, but they are quite bitter, you would need to flavor them with something, I've used crystal light before but that gets exspensive. Personally I use a combination of Scivation Xtend (BCAA's, glutamine, and citruline+flavoring) and I add extra bcaa's. you can find both at many online retailers like bulknutrition, netrition, ect. What exactly are you looking to use them for? |
