Damn man, you're falling head over heals for prosteroids. If you can honestly say that you've maxed out your gains/strength at 18..Better yet, don't!

3 years experience and taking SD is lazy. Here's a quote from Dr.X that you must've missed:

Taking SD when you're so young will fuck up your system..Teens taking this shit is half the reason why they're illegal.

Drop the SD and get your diet and maybe workout in check, you will be amazed at the results. You are 18 your body is at its peak with test producitona dn taking anythign to boost will just screw you up. If you want to add some good BCAAs look at MRMs BCAA+G or Scivation Xtend. Also Purple Wraath is an EAA supp with BCAAs and is an amazing product.

BCAA=Branched Chain Amino Acids. There are three, of which valine is one. This others are leucine and isoleucine. Leucine may be the most important one in terms of it's effects on muscle protein synthesis and whatnot but it is generally not advised to take it alone, but always in a balance with the others.

In general if you are looking for "background" on a certain amino acid it is best not to go straight to product writeups but to try to educate yourself on that particular thing first. An amino acid is, after all, not a "product" but a natural substance. That being said, the products mentioned are good and you can also get BCAA's in bulk if your wallet is thin. The other products have other aminos such as glutamine and citrulline.

Eric3237's Sig:To go from the general to the specific is a very good idea. But to go from the specific to the general; that's just confusing.
