| Just as a side note, if your taking in that much whey, you could end up with the runs man. Thats one thing I like about pure bcaa's, i've never had the urge to run to the shitter after downing 30 or 40g of them. |

Yeah I get what your saying, I used to take in that much whey but with the new diet things are different now. I got lucky though lol never had that problem before | |
